KnotFerry is a ferry schedule information service for the US and British Virgin Islands, operated by Blue Trianon Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using KnotFerry, you agree to these terms.

The Service

KnotFerry aggregates publicly available ferry schedule data from multiple operators and presents it in a unified interface. The service is provided free of charge.

Schedule Accuracy

Ferry schedules are collected from operator websites and are provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep schedules current, but we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Schedules may change without notice due to weather, holidays, mechanical issues, or operator decisions. Always confirm departure times directly with the ferry operator before traveling.

No Booking or Ticketing

KnotFerry does not sell ferry tickets, make reservations, or act as an agent for any ferry operator. We are an independent information service with no affiliation with any ferry company.

Purchases

KnotFerry offers optional paid support (such as "buy us a coffee") through Stripe. These are voluntary purchases to help fund the ongoing operation of the service, including server costs, data collection, and development. Purchases are non-refundable, as they represent support for the service rather than a purchase of additional features or content.

Limitation of Liability

KnotFerry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to missed ferries, incorrect schedule information, or travel disruptions. Your use of schedule information from KnotFerry is entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The KnotFerry name, logo, and website design are the property of Blue Trianon Ventures LLC. Ferry schedule data is sourced from public operator websites and is presented here for informational purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of KnotFerry after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
